Exceptional Wines should always be store on their sides, at the ambiance temperature of 10° et 15°. They must be served chilled but not iced. The ideal temperature is 8° et 10°.

Dry white wine, slightly woody.

 

Goes perfectly with fish (grilled, cooked in butter or cream, in terrines, salmon, trout, oysters, etc.), poultry and white meats as well as with Alsatian Choucroute (sauerkraut) and mild cheeses.

Pinot Gris Vieilles Vignes

Sweet wine with a slightly smoky woody honey flavor.

 

 

Goes well with cocktails, “foie gras”, terrines and mushroom dishes.

 

With a rich aroma when young, its flavor can ripen for 3 to 5 years.
