Wines of exception

Wines of exception should always be store on their sides, at the ambiance temperature of 10° et 15°. They must be served chilled but not iced. The ideal temperature is 8° et 10°.

The wines below are wines with exceptional character. You can enjoy them at any time, they will bring you each a different note.


Dry white wine, slightly woody.


This wine will go perfectly with your fish (grilled, cooked in butter or cream, in terrines, salmon, trout, oysters etc ...), poultry and white meats without forgetting the mustard Alsace choucroute or the cheese to taste little pronounced or goat cheese.

Pinot Gris Vieilles Vignes

Sweet wine, with smoky notes and undergrowth as well as a little honeyed side.

Young you will enjoy his wealth, but he can still evolve for 3 to 5 years.

Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes

Sweet wine, some floral notes, fruity and spicy aromas.


It can be drunk as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to your foie gras, cheese (blue, munster) and desserts.
